Hello, I have a question. What is your policy on Fanloids that are derived from UTAUloids that they do not own, such as Namine Ritsu, or Teto, and such?

If the infobox of a Fanloid says "Voice: UTAULOID NAME", but gives no flagging or the configuration of the voice, what would you suggest a user to do? (Assuming that the UTAUloid in question is an UTAUloid that they do not own)

Kasane Keko would be an example of a derivative based on an UTAUloid, that being Kasane Teto. The character however, uses Kagamine Len's voice bank.

I would prefer that such characters do not use the UTAU voicebank, because then that character would be an UTAU and not a Fanmade Vocaloid. I am gradually making my way through pages to change to the new layout, so if I spot any UTAU derived characters using the voice section, I will remove it. The main two creators of such characters likely do it as a default. -- Bunai82 ^(talk) 17:34, November 4, 2012 (UTC)
