Rena Tetsune is a fanmade by Light Dasher. Her name is made from "Tetsune" meaning "Iron/Metal Sounding", pertains to the fact she is built more of a robot rather than an android, while "Rena" is taken from the character of the same name from "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni". She was designed to be robotic, something which most vocaloids don't, thus trying to be original.
She is referred to as a VAROCALOID.
Design[]
Her entire body is a metallic gray, as she is a robot. She has purple hair in pigtails, black headphones, and green eyes. The clothing is a blue sailor style jacket over a red shirt, and she wears a yellow skirt and blue boots.

Currently, an official personality by the creator is unfounded.
Biography[]
Rena was created sometime in 2008, the design itself was first drawn as Hatsune Miku as if she where a crab, similar to Tako Luka, but the wrong colour was used, and she turned into a robot. Her Sailor suit was inspired by Train from the anime series "Black Cat" The voice soon came in after the creator bought Megurine Luka, playing about with her voicebank, so Rena Tetsune was originally going to be made with Luka's voice, but it did not suit.

Due to her creator's involvement with Orochi Herman in the creation process, Rena and Riza share a somewhat awkward acquaintance. Rena steals Riza's chocolate, a fact made known in illustrations.[1]

- Rena has sparked another person to create ROBOLOID, which started up sparks, which soon died down afterward.
- Her birthday is set at February 8th, patterned after the day as the creator.
- Her favorite is cookies. Anyone who steal those from her should watch out.
- While one of her items is a steel baseball bat, she never plays baseball.
- On the bottom of her baseball bat, the initials read, K.R.J. Its significance was never explained.
